Heart-Healthy Flaxseed Bread Loaf Mix


In the packet are all the dry ingredients needed.
To this you add the very basic wet ingredients like water/eggs/milk. Mix, Bake, Enjoy !
Simple enough for nanny or children to do.

Ingredients: Flaxseed – golden ground; Baking Powder; Himalayan salt
Required: 5 egg whites; 3 egg yolks; 5 tablespoons (70g) Coconut/olive oil; 1/2 cup (118g) water;

2 tablespoons (30g) apple cider vinegar


Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
In another bowl, blend the pack ingredients and oil.
Add the egg yolks, water and apple cider vinegar.
Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes until firm and golden.

Eat and enjoy!
