Capturing the fresh, crisp essence of nature, we offer a unique range of raw, cold-pressed, single-varietal apple juices, handcrafted on our family farm in the bountiful Elgin Valley.
Being raw, unpasteurized and unfiltered, there is no compromise on nutrional value or flavour. This is a nutrient-dense beverage high in Vitamin C and beneficial antioxidants like polyphenols.
Our process is simple yet meticulous. Hand harvested, quality apples from Global Gap accredited farms in the EGVV region (Elgin, Grabouw, Vyeboom & Villiersdorp) are sourced. The fruit is carefully washed, cut, and pressed a hydraulic press, extracting the juice naturally without the use of heat or enzymes
Their versatility extends beyond simple refreshment, making them ideal for smoothies or as mixers with gin and other spirits.
Driven by the seasons, we use fresh fruit seasonally available for optimal quality, ensuring the best possible flavour in every bottle. Committed to purity, our juices contain No Additives, meaning they are free from preservatives, added sugar, and artificial ingredients, offering a truly natural taste of orchard-fresh fruit.
