Our farm is where flavour takes root. Rows of olive trees, apple orchards, and herb gardens grow in Elgin’s cool mountain air and fertile soil. This land is our pantry, and every product is handcrafted right here, on this farm we nurture and love.

In our small-batch kitchen, we peel, slice, blend and bottle by hand. From juices to olive oil and spice blends, everything we make is done the slow way, so you can taste the care in every drop, drizzle or sprinkle.
