This smoothie is bursting with the goodness of various fruits, making it an ideal way to start your morning or enjoy a revitalizing snack!
Royal Gala Apple Juice Smoothie
Yields: Approximately 3 servings
Ingredients:
- ½ medium Pineapple, peeled and cut into ½-inch blocks
- 1 ripe Mango, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 ripe Bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 punnet (approximately 125-150g) fresh Raspberries, rinsed
- 2 ripe Guavas, roughly chopped (remove any hard seeds if preferred)
- ⅓ medium Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup plain or Greek Yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 250ml Terra Madre Royal Gala Apple Juice
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop all the fruit as indicated in the ingredients list. This will help your blender work more efficiently.
- Combine Ingredients: Add all the prepared fruit (pineapple, mango, bananas, raspberries, guavas, and cantaloupe) to your blender.
- Add Yogurt and Juice: Pour in the yogurt and the Terra Madre Royal Gala Apple Juice.
- Blend Until Smooth: Secure the lid on your blender and blend on medium-high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times to ensure 1 all the ingredients are incorporated
